Helena O'Loughlin

Owner & Head of Shiatsu

In 1997, Helena graduated with a Diploma in Bio-Energy from Michael Daltons Bio-Energy Association. Although, she loved this way of working with the energies, after a year of practicing with clients she sought to deepen her understanding of the body. Following an introductory course on Shiatsu, Helena found what she was looking for. She completed her three years studies receiving a Diploma in Shiatsu in 2000. This was to broaden her understanding of the physical, emotional and energetic body and why pain and disease visit us. It taught her how Shiatsu alleviates symptoms and brings balance and relieves tension and stiffness. The combining of these two therapies has resulted in a more beneficial and rounded treatment. Over the years, since practising, in both the corporate and private world, Helenas clients have found great relief from their symptoms.

Kevin O'Loughlin

Owner & Yoga Instructor

I have been has been attending Yoga classes since 1996 under the guidance of my Yoga teacher and friend, AnnMarie Hynes. With her encouragement and support I started my teacher training course with YTI in 2004. Since then I have been teaching Yoga in Tallaght and Leixlip. During my training I have had the pleasure of attending workshops with Jenny Beeken and Victor Van Kooten and use their books as a basis of my practice. Their methods of teaching yoga, along with the insightful teachings of my teacher, AnnMarie Hynes, form the basis of my practice and hence my classes. I believe that all our tightness and inflexibility in our bodies and minds can be let go through awareness and a simple out breath.
More recently I have had the pleasure of helping a Mens Sheds group in Tallaght with a great response and very positive feedback.
