The simple practice of breathing is something we all do every day without thinking.  With yoga breathing, we can use the breath as a powerful tool to ease stress or at least turn the volume down.

Gentle stretches, moving with our breath slowly, easing into areas of our bodies to “let go, soften & release”.  We will also work on good alignment, posture, balance and strengthening core muscles to protect your back.
