Beginners Yoga is recommended for students of all ages and fitness levels and is designed to introduce participants to the basic principles and practices of yoga. This provides the beginner with a solid foundation for a safe and suitable yoga practice. Participants will learn key yoga poses, basic yoga breath awareness, gentle meditative techniques
This class is run over 6 Weeks with a maximum of 10 participants practising at a safe distance to ensure everyones safety. The class starts Thursday the 17th of September, 2020.
All classes must be prepaid (on a first come first served basis). Class sizes are limited and a waiting list will apply.
Unfortunately no refunds can be given. No swapping of classes and no carrying over classes.
6 week schedule begins week of September 14th. Cost for 6 weeks is €120 and €150 for Remedial classes.
