In a group sound healing session, everyone brings blankets & pillows to lie on and you get as comfortable as possible, or you can sit in a chair if it suits. Think dim lights, sacred sounds and peace!!
You will be surrounded by the magical sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, didgeridoo, rain stick, shamanic drum, tingshas, bells & rattles, you will float off into a place of deep peace, where healing and relaxation can occur. Practices of mindfulness and meditation are often incorporated into the sessions.
Coming together in a group healing can create a greater feeling of community, relaxation and healing
